Para:1 All materials are sold exclusively as per samples.

Para:2 On the customer's request, we can set up a third-party inspection, lab, or physical test; the cost will be covered by the buyer.

Para:3 Regarding spices (de flavor/spent spices/ % of oil less then limit as per FSSAI is not used for food in India. Those materials must be exported outside India or use as industrial raw material or cattle feed except for human consumption purpose.

If the materials purchased under para: 3 are used to make food in India, please let us know right once. The buyer or recipient of the goods is totally responsible for all cases/problems/legal matters in India as well as in international arbitration if any disputes emerge over quality and/or violate the terms and conditions of use of our products supplied by us.

Para:4 When it comes to natural/organic spices, the importer or buyer must arrange for a third party inspection (EUREKE/EUROFIN) to verify the quality. Once the report is cleared, the cargo will be prepared for shipment. After seven days from the date of delivery, such stuff is not returned.

Para:5 If any materials are sent to a third party's location for job work but are later discovered to be finished items that are being exported (sold outside of India), they should be sent directly to the importer or exporter rather than being sold for a direct price.

Para:6 After the goods have been delivered, you have seven days to report any quality problems with any of our products.

Para:7 Before entering into a contract with us, all buyers, traders and agents are required to acknowledge and carefully read all terms and conditions. If a Proforma or order is confirmed, it signifies the customer has read and agreed to all terms.

As per company policy, the terms and conditions listed in the invoice are the only ones that apply.
